Siwen Yang is a doctoral student at the School of
Business, Stevens Institute of Technology, Hoboken,
New Jersey, USA. Her research focuses on agile
project management; specifically, Siwen studies
opportunities and challenges that agile principles bear
for managing projects and she is especially interested
in comparing the Scrum software project management
method with the traditional software project
management method and studying the fundamental
